Qualtiy of work
This company claims to build custom homes. The thing is you don't get to choose what you want because " it's not in the budget". A 150, 000 home, 1425 sq. ft. no fire place, step you can purchase at a trailer supply place, no garage or landscaping. Seems like one coat of flat paint, caulking that cracked in the kitchen and bath within a yard, kitchen cabins so cheap that furniture polish or oil can not keep a the crap looking decent. Requested a brick foundation and got cement smeared on build. The company refused to enclosed the outside water pump, just left a couple of blocks, some sand and a half bag of cement mix in the yard. Wire racks are use instead of building shelves in the closet. This was not point out at signing the contract, manage refused to build the shelves when I saw what was done. Floor covering so cheap, will not shine with Mop & Glow. So little padding placed under carpet that the carpet looks 20 years old in less than 2 years. So call hardwood floor have bubble because of a couple of water drops. Diffcult to clean and maintain a polish look. less than two years this house was build and over appraised, the porch and back step 4x6 which is referred to as a deck - the wood was not retreated or stained and now green with mold. Flat paint on porch, probably one coat - needs to be painted again and wood used on porch is slipping. They refused to include a storm door, addition money out of my pocket. Small heating and air unit and not enough ducts to distribute heat and air. Picture of unfinished water pump and the background show NO landscaping, not one grass seed.
