Against the dealers- SHYMAS AUTOSALES,alappuzha
My father booked Honda Activa on 21st of December 2010 by paying Rs.1000/-, with the authorized dealer SHYMAS AUTOSALES at Alappuzha, Kerala. The vehicle was booked in his name (John Kuriakose). We were given a commitment of 6 months and told that they will deliver the vehicle by 21st of June 2011.
I have been constantly following up with the dealer regarding the vehicle and everytime I get a answer saying, you will surely get it soon.
Recently I came to know that another person who booked the vehicle after my booking date, got the vehicle. I got this information only because I know that guy personally. They took the balance payment of Rs: 56471/- on 8th of July 2011. Still we are waiting for the vehicle.
I would like the company to take strict action to make sure the dealings are happening without any partialities.
It Needless to say that the customer has faith in Honda's brand name and it is very disappointing to say that it may lose because of the bad responses from dealers.
I just would like to get my vehicle as soon as possible.

make sound on brakes
dear sir
this to bring your kind to my activa i hve purchase on 8 june, 2011 in from starting the problem was on pulling the brakes a sound comes frm back tyre on first service i said machine to check the prblm but they said ki kuch nhi hai ye abhi nayi hai isiliye aarahi hogi aur kaha ki jyada prbl aaye to le aana sir aap btaye ki main roz around 25km showroom frm my house lekar jao plz help us for this inconvienent prblm

got complaints after 500 kms run, by the means of starting trouble(self starting).At 13/06/2011, onthe way it made loud noise from the engine and the vehicle strucked.a service person from your PALAKKAD dealer GHANI HONDA, took the same to their mannarkkad service centre.After 3days they are telling that they dont have the spare parts to replace my vehicle.now my humble request is to arrange the required parts immediatly.I am a policeofficer and i required the vehicle daily

Battery Problem
I purchased Honda Activa from Thar Honda Sikar a month back and since the first day I was seeing a starting problem. It was even when I was handed over the Activa from showroom. That time they told me that we need to run the scooter few kilometers to get the battery fully charged and then this problem will go. But after running few hundred kilomenters in that month the problem was same. Most of the time I had to stand in the busy market to start the scooter with the manual kick which was really disappointing.
Now the dealer is saying that the batter has problem and the replace can take aroung a month or long. They are even not providing me any standby battery and just making my life more tough.

I have been finding it very problamatic with your service people at chirala Honda showroom. As and when my vehicle needs repairs. When ever I handed over my vehicle to your showroom to rectifying problems like self start not working battry fuse fails, kickrod not working, but the same problems are recurring again. It is their habitual saying to every customer that vehicle has got engine fault it is better to dispose off the vehicle and the arrangements of disposal of the vehicle would be made by them when I was told the same I immediately took my vehicle to your showroom at Guntur for checking of engine of my my vehicle(Job Card No 10JC20559 Bill No 10JW83947 dt 31/12/2010 ) and my vehicle was thoroughly checked by your sevice engineer Sri Koti Babu and I was told that the engine of my vehicle was in perfectly working condition. On 19/05/2011 when my vehicle not started with kick rod I handed over my vehicle for kick rod cleaning, carburettr cleaning and water servicing (Job Card No 567) on my surprise I was told that engine of my vehicle of my vehicle got faulty and it is to be attended. I therefore request help me to get my vehicle repaired and your kind attention and necessary instrructions to the service people at chirala not to give trobule to me and also to the other customers

Careless serving
Dear Sir,
I would like to register the complaint against two service centers of car and motor vehicles. My vehicle Honda activa (Reg No:KL7 BQ2201 purchased from arya bhangy motors, aluwa) has given for the first servicing at EVM Automobiles, S.A Road, Vytila, After the first servicing I have find out the mudguard with rust.On the second service time at Muthoot Honda service center, Palarivattom I have mentioned this issue.As they said it happened due to the first service. As per their request I have complaint the EVM service center.They request me to do the repainting of front mudguard and charged me RS.496.I would like to point out one more issue happened while giving my vehicle to second servicing.After that second servicing my luggage hook in the side of seat was removed. I have to go the muthoot Honda center to ask this. I have never seen anywhere like this careless service centers.Please take care of this matter.

CARBORATER
MY NAME RAMESH N KAMATH.I PURCHASED HONDA ACTIVA ON 23/07/2009.FROM YOUR HONDA SHOWROOM MANGALORE.TILL NOW HAVE RUN THIS VEHICLE 4500KM ONLY.AND IN THIS TWO YEARS I HAVE DONE SERVICING BY YOUR HONDA SHOW ROOM ONLY.FROM LAST TWO WEEKS THERE IS PETROL LEAK DURING SELF STAR OR KICK START.I WENT TO YOUR UDUPI SERVICE CENTER & SHOWN TO THEM.THEY TOLD THAT THERE IS PROBLEM IN CARBORATER AND HAVE TO CHANGE SPARE PART.RATE OF PART IS 550/-RS.NOW YOU TELL ME IS IT POSSIBLE THAT CARBORATER SPARE PART CAN SPOIL IN 4500KM RUN.PLEASE GUIDE ME IN THIS MATTER.

wheel disks are fully rusted
Sir,
This is with reference to a Honda Activa purchased by me on 30.06.2010 with the registration number TN-01-AL 4627 from the delar Didar Honda Chennai (Dealer code TN01-0001) .
Although the vehical is under warranty both the wheel disks are fully rusted in spite of my regular service and maintenance. The same may be replaced at the earliest point of time.

ITS COLOUR BECOME FEDED
Sir/Madam,
I had purches an activa deted 03/06/2010, from People Honda, Agra.I
It is white in colour, from two and half monthes I noticed that its colour going feded day by day on its frount side . I had make complaint for this to the dealer but didnt got any response.
Please submitt my complaint and do the needful.

battery problem
my name is aruna mathur i have purchased honda activa in the month of october 2009 & the battery of my activa started giving problem in july 2010 & when i gone to the honda dealer of our city i.e.seth & sons in guna M.P. they people recharged the battery & give it back to us but nw again on 10th of august battery discharged & when i gone to the dealer thy filed the complaint they hav taken my activas battery & said that it will take at least 1-month.
this duration is very long & it is so difficult for me to handle my vehicle without horn, without indicator, without head light...
please please take some action as soon as possible
how could the new battery which has even not completed its warrenty period of 1year gets failed
the dealer is making us fool & u should improve the quality of ur brands batteries
my activa is on the name of my mumma
