very very poor after sale service
my honda activa was accdent in 25june i submitted in radiant honda workshop but i take very poor service.i think ithis company is tring to cheat a costmer after taken his product.please save him very poor after sale service and insurence criteria.

Poorest customer service by a MANAGER
This started off as a really positive experience but turned into a nightmare. I initially worked with Addy, who offered me a great price. I drove all the way from Philadelphia and was satisfied with the whole transaction. In 2 days I had my car. At the time of closing I was told that my real plates would come in the mail and there was nothing else I needed to do. Two weeks later no plates, so I called b/c the temporary paperwork would expire soon. I called for 3 days and each time I was trasnferred to Addy's voicemail. Eventually I complained to the operator that I kept leaving messages but no one was calling back and that time was of the essence. She transferred me to someone who told me I should not worry until 3 days BEFORE the expiration. Needless to say there were still no plates the day before, so I called was able to speak to a Manager(Matt) who promised to follow up and call me on Monday morning. That time came and went, no call. I called, and again played the game of voicemail. I called again on Tuesday as now Matt is not returning my calls, he says "your plates are here come get them"|. I asked how could I do that since my paperwork as expired". He said they would pay for any tickets and I should not worry about it because that's a "no point violation"". I asked him if it was the position of the dealership that there customers should break the law, he insisted that it was a no points violation and I should just come and get it/. I of course raised ***, but my friend had to put herself out of the way to drive from NJ to PA to get me the plates'. On top of all this, Matt was shouting at me like I was in the wrong AND I came to find out that all that time the operator was transferring me to Addy's voicemail, he no longer worked there!!
All this aside, they also have a non-optional "optional Millenium package":. On the HOnda paperwork the package is listed under optional, but when I stated I did not want it (window etching, stain removal from the seat for 3 years) I was told that they do it as "standard" and all of their new cars!. This standard costed an additional $999!

DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE CENTRE
I found that there is flashing "D" light on dashboard last night and felt it is jerking forward when moving forward after stopping and reversing. Therefore, I went to the nearest Honda service centre which is Sutera Auto Sdn Bhd to check it.
However, the staff told me that can't check it by today since i didn't make any appointment since it is full of cars need to service except i have to leave my car with them for 1 night. I asked them whether i can make it due to safety reason and I can wait for few hours but not over night. However, the staff still refused to accept me. I gave him the reason why I can't leave my car over night since I am a marketing manager and I need a car to do marketing and planning works. I felt unhappy and would like to make a complaint, but the staff named Mohd Zaidi told me that i can go ahead. I really disappointed with such service provided by HONDA.
This is not the first time i disappointed with Honda service center, previously is Kah Motor Sdn. Bhd. (Melaka & Chan Sow Lin branch). I am planning to change a new car but my new car would not be HONDA anymore even though this is my second Honda car. (previously is Honda City)

baterry problem since 6 month
hi... my self prity gupta . i purchased a Activa on 22/6/2011 from pick up honda faridabad . since than it has baterry problem . machenics of pick up honda has checked my activa for more than 10 times but they are not able to rectify the problem . now i am very frustrated and now i request you to please refund my money . baterry problem since 6 month
sir, i purchased Activa scooter from pick up honda on 22/11/2010. since than i have baterry problem with my scooter . i have taken it for more than 10 time in authrised service center of honda, they changed baterry 2times and checked the system many times but the problem is not solved . now i think that they don"t want to solve the problem but waiting for warrenty period to expire. i request u to please look in to the matter so that i can get rid of my problem myself, Prity gupta activa no. Bad reputation
Honda Civic has major engine problems!!! When Engine noise came suddenly, we took car (1 year old 12k miles) to dealership. Dealers says we must havegone hit a pothole and water splashed into engine and engine is dead. LOL.Civic is not like a bicycle..Honda America refuses to return call for days (April 24th through May 11th) and the british accent lady at Honda America is arrogant when finally we reached her on May 11th. They claim we get call back in 48 hours..LOL..days passed and my repeated calls were returned by Honda America. Dealer "negotiates with" reputed Insurance company for days while Insurance adjuducator insists there is no water in Engine. Honda is a joke.

Deposit Refund
A few months I gave a deposit on a bike. When my application for credit was refused, that'snwhen all the problems started.
When I told them I was going to get my money back the next day, nothing was ready, no paperworks, the key people did not seem to be aware of the situation. Everytime I call to find out the status of my refund, all I hit is delays, excuses and more delays.
Now a week later... finally or so I thought, when they said they finally prepared the cheque.( Most liekely beacause I called Honda Canada and complaned as well as the better business bureau). I asked about the amount on the cheque... at my big surprise!!! ( yeah right) they tell me it will be a little bit less because of taxes and administartion fees. bla bla bla...
The law clearly states in Alberta that any deposit given towards an credit application that gets refused must be returned in it's full amount.
My advice... If you are going to deal with them... Make sure you only have to do it once... Arrive with all your cash in hand to pay in one shot your purchase or if possible try to see if you can buy somewhere else the product your looking.
If it's this hard to get money back for something that is law, imagine when it came time to perform after sales warranty issue's!!!
I hope I'm the only one who had to deal with this issue as it has been causing me a great deal level of stress and greive having to deal with this issue.

Unavailbility of Spare Part due to Accounts Closing
On 29th March 2010 morning when i i switched on airconditioner of my Honda Accord 2010, it was not giving cool air. I directly went to honda service station and in the afternoon they told me that cooling coil has some leakage and as the part is under warranty they will replace the same. I asked them about the availability of the part, for that they informed me due to year closing of accounts HONDA has stopped giving parts. and now 8 days hv passed and my car is still my car is in workshop...
Why do we have to face such issues due to their year closing??
Why cant they keep spare parts with the service stations?
Dont sell cars if u cant afford to stock such items in warehouse or with service station.
I have asked almost all honda service providers and all of them gave me the same reply

Awful quality car, stay away
Do not buy honda odyssey’s New 2009 Honda Odyssey with 5000 miles. Dealer has had to upgrade the transmission software twice and replaced the torque converter one to attempt to eliminate a transmission vibration issue. Steering wheel shakes when moved off center and vibrates at highway speeds. Tires rotated, balanced, etc. Both problems still present with no improvement. Honda regional manager this is a design issue and that all Odyssey’s will exhibit these issues. Both sliding doors rattled severely, now they just squeak. Dealer won’t touch the vehicle anymore to prevent Lemon Law from becoming effective. Drive vehicle on smooth roads and you will notice these issues.

repo harrassment of Non-owner
We took my Brother in law in after he lost his apartment in September 2009. He was unemployed and in March of 2010 we asked him to leave because he stopped paying rent and refused to get just "any" job to tide him over. I have not seen or heard from him since. I kept getting calls from Honda finance Co. and told them the siuation. Then the repo guys started coming at least twice. The thing that really angers me is that instead of the finance co. doing their research to find him they keep harrassing me. I moved from Illinois to Texas in January and believe it or not 2 tow trucks showed up at 11:30pm on a Sunday night to repo his car!! Whatcan I do????
