Bad service
hi even I want to lodge a complain to Honda company about their bad customer sevice. Please provide me with the Name, Addresses, Fax no. & Email ids of Japan Honda Head quarter, Japan Honda Customer Services, India Honda Head & Delhi Honda head as I cannot find this information on the internet.

Inability to sort out service problems
I have been trying for the last month to have my Honda Civic iVTEC service problems sorted out to no avail. I complained at 30000kms of a strange noise when I turn, Centurion Honda said it was fixed, which it wasn't, between 30 & 45000kms it went in again for the same problem, still not fixed. At 45000km, same problem reported as well as other numerous ones, told problems were sorted out & that the noise when I turn is a default noise that Honda's power steering makes (I do not believe this). My problem was then passed onto Honda SA Customer Care & I have been trying for the last month to have my vehicle fixed. There was an offer for my vehicle to go to Honda Hatfield to have it looked at & a report given on all the problems with the vehicle but because I need a courtesy vehicle I am now on a supposed waiting list as per the last email I received from Honda SA on 13 April. I also have foglights which have shattered which I am told is a common problem with Honda, no response has been received from email sent 19 April to Raelene Zacheus insisting on a response. Is this the kind of service that Honda proud of ? I am so livid & do not feel that the vehicle is safe to drive.

Putting the lives of kids in Danger - HONDA
I'm terrified & extremely disgusted at the BAD attitude of Honda in Bryanston Sandton. They have a dealership next door to a school that house kids from the age of 3 months to 6 years, but finds it ok to RACE their noise making motorcycles up & down the street in front of the school & office park at speeds that no human being should be allowed to do on a motorcycle.
We have heard that one of the motorcycles actually hit a farther that was trying to stop the motorcycle from speeding.
We called the Manager ANTON on friday to complain about the noise. We are running a business from the office park on Hobart Road. (the noise is unbearable). ANTON promised to speak to his staff and tell them not to race down the road. 10 minutes later a motor cycle came down this road up and down 6 times. We take that as an insult and them basically giving us the finger.
We have contacted the Sandton Police who will be visiting Hobart Square soon so that they can see what illigal business Honda is up to. I am also contacting the local news paper soon. This has to stop as it is extrmely dangerous and illigal to go at those speeds.

I am very disappointed in Honda, and believe me, this will be the lat Honda i ever buy
Why does Honda not give loan cars to customers when their under warranty cars must go for major repairs, a loan car is been offered but without insurance, so I will be responsible for any theft or damage on the car, I think this is very bad customer service, my car is at Honda Centurion now for 2 days to repair an Oil leak, the car was four weeks ago also in for the same problem for 2 days, and before that it was at Midrand Honda for the same problem, it is now the 4th time it has been send in for the same problem. Does Honda just expect me to take absence from work when ever their Technicians screws up, and loose out on a days pay, all the other car resellers provide you with a loan car when your car has to go in for repairs. I am very disappointed in Honda, and believe me, this will be the lat Honda i ever buy.

Bad & condescending attitude towards indian client
The service received from Honda Melrose’s sales manager Cedric Styer was nothing short of rude & arrogant. I was interested in buying a white Type-R. I was told the car was a demo, but found out that the car was pre-owned. We then tried to negotiate the price with Cedric; the manner in which he treated us was very condescending. The attitude we received made us very upset. He does not seem to understand the meaning of customer service, how he became a sales manager, is beyond me. But, then in saying that, maybe he just treats indian customers in that way. I was NOT just enquiring about the car, I wanted to buy the car immediately. I had finance & a cash deposit. But Cedric made me look like I was STUPID, which makes me totally upset. Even if we could not negotiate a good price for the TypeR, I would expect a sales manager to give me other options instead of being rude & talking to us like we don't know anything. Just because he is white & I'm INDIAN, I DON'T need to be treated in that manner. What I found out about the white TypeR, is that the clutch as well as tyres have been changed, although this car has ONLY 18000kms on the clock. Knowing this info, is this car worth BUYING???

Honda refuse to replace breaks
When I purchased my 2007 Honda CIvic 1.8 EXI 2nd Hand from Honda Northcliff, it was categorically stated that the brakes would be changed to new brakes. I bought the car 19th of August 2009.
Roughly 2 months later, I took the car for a service to Honda Midrand, and they told me the break pads were all worn and needed to be replaced.
Obviously the brakes were not replaced when I purchased the vehicle, as confirmed by Honda Northcliff. I went to Honda Northcliff on Sunday 18th October, and the salesman there said I should come to service at 7 on monday and they would sort it out for me.
I took my car there today at 7, and had to wait till 8 before anyone with authority came. At that stage they took me to work, and then I was phoned, with Collin the manager there saying they cannot replace my breaks because the car has done 12000kms since purchase. The MAIN POINT IS THAT THE BREAKS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE BRAND NEW FROM PURCHASE!!! Brakes do not only last 12000KMS!! 2 Months!!! Eugene, the original dealer who dealt with me no longer works there either
They are sitting with my car and not doing anything, even tough they were meant to change my breaks from purchase!

I will also in future stay clear of any Honda
I have recieved a call from Honda SA after my I posted my complaint. I bought a second hand vehicle and have a 30 day warranty on the gearbox and engine. Understandably after the poor service I've recieved, I refuse to entrust my car to Honda Helderberg, Strand again. Honda SA is unable to assist me elsewhere as they say it is a second hand vehicle (not a Honda) and cannot be seen to by Honda SA. They say I can only take my car to Honda Helderberg. No thank you. I would now appreciate it if contacts from Honda Helderberg would stop phoning me to sell me extras. Based on the poor service I've recieved, I will not deal with anyone phoning me and telling me that they have recieved my contact details from Honda Helderberg. I will also in future stay clear of any Honda, Rola Motor Group affiliated products because of this experience. I chose to buy the car from this dealership as I thought they were backed by Honda and Rola Motor Group and that would ensure a certain standard of service. Obviously this does not apply to their second hand cars.
