negligence in servicing
I recently serviced my honda civic fron patterson honda ringwood victoria, they ripped me off . They charged me 515.70 dollors for service but didn't even changed the eingine oil. My car not been serviced properly. After service when i driven home & checked my engine oil still black. They just visiually checked things, but haven't done any adjustments in break or anything. What i learned, all the jobs in service centre done by apprenticeship. They just want to do many cars a day 7 do not worry abt quality of work. so guys carefull when u service your car next time.

stay away
Stephen Wade Honda Mazda
CJ Wade, the new GM, of the Stephen Wade organization is one of the most dishonest individuals I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. His blatant disregard for others is evident in the way that he runs his organization. I have purchased 15 plus vehicles in my life, and never have I been treated with such disrespect. without wasting too much of my time explaining the details of exactly what happened, i will simply say stay away. Anyone living in St George, Utah should drive to Las Vegas to purchase a vehicle. Steer clear of CJ Wade and the Stephen Wade organization. They will likely treat you the same way as they have me.

Possible fraud
I purchased an Accord from this dealership in June. I was told that Honda had coordinated with XM radio and that there would be 3 months of free XM service as a promotion with purchase. A month and a half after I bought the car, the XM shut off. I called the dealership but they could not explain why. At the beginning of October my wife looked into purchasing a subscription package for the car's unique radio ID. In the course of doing this she uncovered that another individual was registered with this radio ID for the 90 day free trial and could see her information online (name, address, phone, etc.). My wife spoke with XM about this on the phone and learned this other person had the 3 months trial activated for that unique ID sometime in May, 6 weeks or so before we bought the car. We've been trying to work with the dealer to determine what happened. Had someone else bought it and returned it? I have previously been the victim of identity theft and this left me feeling uneasy. After several separate communications the dealership verbally assured me over the phone that they had documentation showing that the car and the radio ID had not previously belonged to someone else. They also promised to provide me that documentation but have yet to deliver on that promise. Phone calls and emails yield further promises from them that they will send me by the "end of the day" the requested proof that my car was not previously sold and returned. They've made this promise to me several times now but have not done so. I have not heard from them in over a week and they refuse to respond to any further emails. What I view as their purposeful failure to provide me with the promised proof that the car was indeed "new" leaves me now not only concerned that I may have been defrauded by this dealer by them selling me a used car as "new", but I am still at risk for my personal information being publicly exposed.

Terrible experience
I was driving a Honda while i was studying in the US and it was a pleasure driving it. So i came home after i finished studying in the US to Sudan and bought a brand new Honda Civic 2004.
It was the mistake of my life, the Honda dealer we have in Sudan is the worst possible. He doesn't give any warranty on the car. they are bringing very bad cars which makes me doubt if these are Honda's.
The A/C system completely failed twice in my car. i paid twice for it and without any care from the dealer. the dealer name is Elkhabeir Motors. I hope they take out the dealership from him because he is giving a very bad reputation for Honda.
As for me because of this car dealer i completely changed my loyalty away from Honda. I will not buy any Honda car unless i see proof that Honda cares for its customers

Scam honda has of repo the cars
My complain is that I had a bad financial status, and my car payments was $389.00 a month for 3 years I always paid on time but the last 2 months things got harder and I was able to send just $250.00 a when I spoke to customer service at Honda she said it was ok and told me at longes I paid something it will be ok, but last Sunday they came and repo my car and I just have 6 more payments to go and I'll fininsh with the contract, so I call honda financial and they told me that they don't have the records and is being 4 days and no respond so the car is sitting on the lot, and the more stay there it will cost me more money. so I ask them if I paid the remaindding balance $3454.00, will still be consider repo they told me yes, them I ask them againg in my contract said after they fininsh my contract if I want to purcharse the car I can for $10, 000.00 I ask the customer service if still will be consider repo she told yes, but all this time theywere very rude and they arae sitting on the papper work they have very bad customer service, It will be nice if some will look into this or maybe you can guide me who do I need to talk about this because all my life I always got cars from honda and this is the first time they trick me like bad, so please I need help or advise if you really look in to all this situation I wal almost finish and I think is not fare that just because the economy is bad they try to jerk anybody.
Thank you i will appreciated if you can help or guide me to the right people.

Cheats
The dealership is involved in unfair practices. They sell the same car to two diffrent customers. The dealership, promise false price to bring customer in and then auction the car to the higest bidder.
We and another family were asked to come to the delearship to buy the same Acoord under false assumptions. It was a waste of time and energy. This particular dealershp has the President's award.I wonder if Honda gives awards for cheating and misleading customers. We wasted time, time which could have been spent with our two little ones.We wasted gas, something that really pinches in this economy and we could have been talking to another dealership and could have saved the cost of a rental. The worst thing is though that the sales rep was not even apologetic about the whole situation. His arguement was that they quoted a better price...Oh well so much for President's award...I thought that Honda had good work ethics and high expectations..

Cheating customer
I make my payment 6 days before it is due, but yet they keep calling me telling me that my payment was late and when I pulled my bank account records giving her detail of my account being paid she hung up on me. This has gone on for about 6 months worth of late fees at 35.00 a piece. Even though I have documentation that the bill was paid on time.

Customer treatment
I have been shopping for a Car very seriously for buying a new one and after I saw the attitude of the sales people, I decided never to buy another Japanese car ever again. I walk in to Autowest Honda and we wait for half hour to get hold of somebody and then some sales guys shows up who has no interest whatsoever and ask us what we want to go for.We were looking for Honda fit & Honda Pilot.First the guy makes us wait for another 20 mins and comes back and says he could not find the key to test drive Honda Fit and then we ask about Honda Pilot and he walks over to Pilot and says we do not have Gas and we can only see the Car.What kind of messed up dealership is this ? Before this I gave my Car for service for a driver window not rolling up, They fix it but they have broken internal structure to get to the glass and they did not even mention it and when I showed it he cooly says "Ohh sorry since it's a old car we don't have parts and we thought you might just be fine with it".
Dublin Honda : I walk in to buy a car and the very mention of hybrid, the sales guys tells me with an attitude don't bother to show up for another 3 months and then he says the markup is $5000 over MSRP and just don't even think of buying one if you were not planning on getting that much money. Then I ask about Honda fit to test drive which is a gasoline car, He then says I cannot test drive until I buy it and that car has $3000 markup over the MSRP and I got so pissed being a Honda customer from before I just flatly told him on his face that I would rather buy an American Car any day than deal with this kind of attitude.I heard so much from other people about this but it was hard for me believe being an Honda owner but after personally exp. it I have decided to clearly buy an American car than a Japanese Car. The exact same thing applies to Toyota dealers as well because we saw the same attitude from Toyota but they were much better than Honda and at least answered our questions and allowed us to test drive.
I can go on about other's also within Bay Area but it's a waste of time on my part.

Did not honor extended warranty
Took my Honda motorcycle in for repair. They would not do repair because they said there was rust inside the drive shaft cover. If the cover is leaking then the cover is faulty and any damage done should be covered. The dealer and Honda both accused the other of refusing the repairs. I paid $700 for the warranty and $175 to the dealer to tell me that they would not cover the repair.
I want Honda or the dealer to take responsibility for repair or refund the $875 that they took me for. And I thought Honda was reputable, boy was I wrong.
