What should I do?
I am from Malaysia. I love Honda very much. My previous car is Honda ek4 year 1997.it is a very good car. Last year I bought the latest Honda civic 2.0 ivtec. Very nice car. Unfortunately the car is very unstable especially during rain. If I drive the car more than 100km per hour, the car is going to skip. I changed a new tire but it still happened. I asked Honda agent in Malaysia, they don't know how to solve my problem. Should I change the absorber? For your information, there is a few characteristic that I am not satisfied with this car...so, please help me to solve these problems...

Honda sold me a new vehicle with undisclosed body damage
Sunset Honda of SLO, CA sold me a new Honda Ridgeline and did not tell me about the damage that was done to the vehicle before I bought it. My vehicle had 19 miles on it and we found bond on the driver’s rear fender. The whole vehicle had been repainted, we don't know what was wrong with the other side. I ask Sunset Honda to replace my vehicle and they refused. Now I have to sue them to get me vehicle replaced. My first attorney did not talk to me, but presented a settlement of a low amount (less than I paid for the vehicle) to Sunset Honda's insurance. I refused the low offer and I have to find another attorney to litigate. I think I will contact Honda corporation myself. Does anyone out there have an inside number for Honda Corporation? Buyer beware of Auto Dealers and Attornies.

Honda is refusing to pay for the repair
My car is under warranty and there is a problem that is causing the car to severely shake and cause a lot of noise upon braking.
It is not a problem with the brake pad, which, of course, is not under warranty, but rather with the brake drum itself.
Honda is refusing to pay for the repair.

Not willing to work with me
Hi I'm a single mom of 12yrs I purchased a 2002 Honda on Septemeber 2001. I made my scheduled payments over the years and unfortunately as time went on finances became a struggle. I filed for bankruptcy but signed a reaffirmations agreement to keep my honda. I made my payments as always and of course I fell a month behind on a payment but still trying to keep up. I received a call from a private investigator that Honda wanted to repose my car. Now I had not received a letter nor a phone call. I had been out of bankruptcy for 2 1/2 years and only owed 1 yr on the car in the amount of 5,000 dollars.
I contacted Honda and they were very rude and was not willing to help me or give me any length of time to try and catch up. They stated they wanted the car. Now remember I haven't received a bill since the day I filed bankruptcy but still continued to make payments because I needed and loved my car and worked very hard over those 5 yrs paying it, only to have it taken from me when I only had 12 more payments. It has been 10 months since this all occurred and I'm still upset with how it all went down. I currently do not own a car I've been borrowing my mothers car my friends car. It saddens me to think that such a prestiges company could be so demeaning and cold hearted. Just wanted someone to know how I feel although I'm sure this want do any good but at least I finally got it off my chest. This experience has taught me never to do business with Honda again, even though I really love Honda cars. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Problem with a front bumper
I have a 2006 Honda civic, the rubber / styrofoam piece under the bumper fell off, Honda dealership said this is not covered, that it was my fault because the front rubs the concrete when go out of a parking place. I was very disappointed with Honda. I think this is a problem with the placement of the rubber guard. Apparently this is a common problem.

Honda care warranty problems
Honda Care Warranty. I purchased a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid (it was like new, with 12,000 miles on it. When we purchased the extended warranty Honda Care was recommend being the best one. At about 60,000 miles we started hearing a chattering type of noise when the car was first started and then seemed to last longer and longer. I took it to our local Dealership, Bill Rogers Honda (which has been great) to see if they could hear the noise and figure out the problem. After numerous times of leaving it, they agreed we did have a problem. They did adjust the valves and it helped for a few weeks and then the noise started again.
They submitted it to Honda who said it was not their problem as it was past the 60,000 miles. So they submitted it to HONDA CARE. They don’t seem to trust their Dealerships. They said I would need to have me sign a paper that if it wasn’t accepted I would pay to have my car put back together. I called to ask what the deal was and was told they would send an Independent Mechanic to the Dealership after my car was apart and IF he agreed that it was the problem then they would authorize the repair, otherwise I would have to pay to have it put back together. The diagnosis of the car is Serious Valve problems with noisy lifters. They said it was the noisiest Honda they had ever heard. We tried again talking to Honda and they told the Dealership that the case was closed as it wasn’t their problem. When I called Honda Care they were very short with me and said they usually paid 9 out of 10 claims. Each day I get closer and closer to my Warranty expiring with serious engine problems and I still owe money on my car. Right now I feel that I got ripped. University Honda recommended Honda Care and never explained what would happen it we had problems. Not once did they explain that your repairs aren’t actually covered. This was the first year out on this model, so they aren’t willing to concede there may be some issues. I would never have purchased it if I had realized it didn’t have more stability behind it.
This is the 3rd Honda I have had in 16 years and never had problems like this, never ever used and extended warranty or even the regular warranty. Then to top it off my Emissions light has now come on twice. I have done all my maintenance and oil changes through my Honda Dealership. TJ the service person has really tried to help us. I heard this week that Honda Care is owned by Ford.
Any ideas?
Thank You
Jo

Honda car problems
1. No light on ignition switch unreal. Have to use flashlight to find at dark.
2. Tire and road noise unreal on some pavements this is a odyessy van no sound dampeners at all on this van. For 35,000.00 plus you would think they could afford to fix this problem. Contacted them they said never hear of this problem. But on internet i saw many complaints on this!!!
