Due to misalignment in the rear wheel th emud guard of the Rear wheel has totally worn out and also loss of Tool Kit above the Mudguard
I Mr KasiViswanathan purchased a Honda Shine Motorcycle on 04.03.2011 Chassis No: ME4JC36CBB8183688 & ENGINE NO: JC36E2273033 . I had problem just before my 2nd service wherein due to your misalignment in the rear wheel the mudguard of the rear wheel got worn out resulting not only to the damage to my mudguard but also i lost my Tool kit given by you which was just above it so i informed the same while leaving the my motorcycle for my second service on 31.05.2011 to JSP Honda, No 22/24, Padi pudunagar main Road, Annanagar West Extn Chennai - 600001 but till now they are giving evasive answers such as that the mudguard is not available we will replace when they get the same but I do not know when they will give my vehicle it is already now 20 days and Still I do not know when I will get my vehicle Please let us know the same

Battery Problem
I am gajendra R. Kamble. AT. PO. Pimpalkhuta. Tq. Arvi Dist Wardha I have purchased HONDA SHINE BIKE CB 125 from Harison's wardha Showroom. after 8 months battery(MINDA) is completely dead NO BACK VP VOLTAGE STAND (VOLTAGE NOT STAND) Problem.I have complaint about this problem to dealer.They didn't take any corrective action against this complaints.moreover they have charged from me to check the problems.regarding the battery after 28 days still they have not send it for replacement.The branch manager and service section supervisor never they did not hear the problem.I think this not way to deal with customer.PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY, BECAUSE I HAVE LOOSE MY PATIENT OTHERWISE I WILL COME THRU THE LEGAL ACTION.I am unhappy to purchase HONDA SHINE from beginning.

Problems faced with Honda shine
I am Sujai Preeth from chennai. I purchased a Honda shine bike from Kun Honda-adyar showroom on jan8th 2010. I faced severe spine problems because of this bike due to its v.worst rear shock absorbers & while driving at 60kmph it starts vibrating & produces a unbearable noise. I reported the service center of kun honda & i was told this bike gives the common problem of vibrating after 60kmph. Then why they introduced this bike & for the rear shock absorber problem they still have not given a proper solution. I am very much worried & can't able to tolerate the spine pain while driving honda shine.

dissatisfied about service
hello,
my name is kishor sawant, i am a customer relation manager in sohamm motors aurangabad maharashtra [chevrolet dealers]
I have honda shine bike[mh20bu8425], in 22nd jan 2011 i was problem in handle lock it is automatically loosed, when i gone to nearest show room then there adviser saying only 2 bolts are lossed, & giving me delivery time 11.15am[in time 10.00am same date] so i am waiting in customer lounge, in 10.45am the superviser saying me 2 bolts are not available so you can come 2 pm & get your bike, ok i am agree, but when i go to this workshop in 2pm, & looking about work but not any type of work was done.when i asking to adviser then he are looking my bike & after 15 min & telling to superviser about work, when i got my bike then i was paid my bill [14 rupees] when i go to pay the bill then the cashier have not change of 100 rupees, then he giving me only 80 rupees return, [last service cashier not given me 4 rupees ] in every time he giving extra charges from me & main things is he not giving me any type of reciept when i ask to give me reciept then he ignoring me then i am filling verry bad.in these process i gone my time, so i am verry verry dissatisfied about servicing .

poor service centres
I given my bike at 3rd of October in Hasan honda service centre in puducherry for starting problem. So far I have not received any proper feedback and my vehicle. This makes me very bad situation. from chennai I went to Puducherry as tour but unfortunately my vehicle was breakdown. My time and money is wasting.

I already complained so for you have not replied to me. without piston bore i am in difficult to run the shine in bhubnaeswar orissa. if you donot take care the matter will come to meedia.

Battery compliant,Engine abnormal noise,gear shifting problem
I have purchased HONDA SHINE BIKE from SGJ BIKES PVT LTD.TUTICORIN TAMILNDAU on 12.11.2009.chasis no.ME4JC368K98124084 AND ENGINE NO.JC36E9498979.my bike was done only 3350 km, within this time my bike

Labour charge during AMC
Dear sir/ madam,
I (chandan kumar) have purchased a honda shine bike from horizon Honda, Ranchi on dated 13-07--2009. Chassis no- me4jc366f98281892 & engine no- jc36e9430380 with extended warranty and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract). I purchased AMC from Universal Honda, Ranchi, Jharkhand, India on 19.05.2010 with expiry dt. of 18.05.2011. My AMC no. is 031557. Yesterday (dt. 08.07.2010) i went to Honda service station of Universal Honda, Ranchi, Jharkhand, for repairing of my bike lock. The service station charged me Rs. 67/- (including labour charge of Rs. 60/- and nut volt charge of Rs. 7/-) after production of AMC card. The workshop money receipt no. is 771 (dt. 08.07.2010) and invoice no. is 10IW01404 (dt. 08.07.2010 time- 17:01).
My questions to company manager-
1.Is it fair?
2.Is Honda company take service/ labour charge for minor repairing in AMC? Then why we take AMC in Rs. 749/- per year.
3.How can I recover my labour charge from service station?

ABNORMAL SOUND FROM MOTORCYCLE ENGINE
Dear Sir,
I HAVE PURCHASED A HONDA BIKE MODEL SHINE FROM MODERN MOTOR ON DATED 25-06--2009. Chassis No- ME4JC366F98276582 & ENGINE No- JC36E9423250. During running the bike, I was felt that abnormal sound was coming from engine. I have compliant about this problem to dealer and he accepted and told me it was due to misalignment of its tabbits. During first service they checked and replaced the clutch plate outer gear. But problem was still there. After almost 7 days, again I was gone to dealer workshop and complaint the problem was still persisting. They checked and accepted the problem and replaced again clutch plate outer gears (big and small both). At the same time the Rajasthan site in charge of Honda Mr. Amol Tiwari was also present there I was compliant him but he did not hear about the problem and tell me bike was ok and I don’t want to talk and altercation with you. I think this is not a way to deal with customer. Again three times I was complaint for same problem, they replaced some other part but problem is same. Please take of this matter seriously and take necessary action because now I have loose my patient other wise I will come through consumer court. I have spent one year for this matter. I am unhappy to purchase a Honda bike. Again I am requested to you please take this matter seriously and take necessary action.
