My mother died last year and I refinanced my home and remodeled. I hired t, based of a friends referral. Steve was under a time constraint, as he had a surgery scheduled for his right hand. He replaced my carpeting with bamboo wood floors. He sealed the floors, which should never have been done, this action made my warranty void.

In June, the floor in my den started to buckle and I fell over the floor and broke my toe. Steve had started saying that I'm crazy and he has been advised to get a restraining order against. He has said that I call him all hours of the night.

I found out when he was working at my home, located in the gated community of La Reserve, he is a member of AA and has a criminal background. I don't want him back in my community, but think he should not be allowed to get away with, I am a senior...He called me a crazy old lady, however, I am disabled and am living from a trust. I don't have extra money to redo his mistake.

Not only does the buckled floor need to be totally replaced, the floors must have the seal he used removed and the proper seal applied. He knows this and was trying to get my cleaning lady to do that...wanted me to pay her???

I have lived in Tucson for almost 20 years and have enjoyed the stories that catch bad people, I hope you are able to help me. I know Steve has no money, he lives with his parents. I am very sad that he has done this to me and now he is saying horrible things about me, even accused me of trying to force him to take my prescription drugs??? I believe he is a pathological liar. He doesn't realize how important a home is...he's never had one.

He needs to be ethical, he has even said I wanted to kill him for the restringing of a door??? I would greatly appreciate anything you could do to move this in the right direction.
