A search of diet products revealed this product. They offered 14 days of free product for your use. When, I received the product, read the negative side effects, I decided not to use any of the free samples. This company had my credit card number and proceeded to ship and bill product without my authorization. The above information is very difficult to find regarding this company. They tend to hide their contact information and refuse to handle cancellations. They just, keep shipping the product and billing your credit card. I tried to cancel the product using their web site, to no avail. They just keep shipping product and billing your credit card. This has continued for about six months.

We have contacted the credit card company and were told to notify them the next time this happened. Well, it has happened again, after about a two month pause. This time, they shipped the product Fed-Ex to an address where we no longer reside about 1200 miles away. These people apparently cannot decipher a plain "I don't want your product anymore" message. I consider this activity to be fraud. Don't give these people your credit card number, as you may be liable for several hundred or thousands of dollars of charges, before you can turn them off.

I hope this complaint will steer unsuspecting victims clear of these people.
