I agreed to a "FREE SAMPLE" of "Hoodia Complex" diet aid. I agreed to pay for shipping, $5.95. That's ALL I agreed to...from these THIEVES AND THEIR TRICKERY. They have the system rigged to auto deduct from your credit card every month for $69.95. So with your "FREE" sample, you will PAY $69.95 for something you did NOT agree to. Not only will they auto-deduct $69.95 from your credit card each month...but when you catch on to their scam and block the deduction thru your credit card company, they change their name from "Hoodia Stack" in April 2008 to "Internet Supplement" in Sept. 2008...to keep tricking the blocking system. Additionally, I returned all the product they forced on me. When I spoke with "Crystal" in the Real Lab Solutions Cust. Svc. Area, she proceeds to tell me they don't accept returns/NO REFUNDS for this bogus product. Why am I not surprised?

Most recently I opened another package from them...it's not even "Hoodia Complex"...it's "Lipoplex." Chrystal in their Cust Svc Area says they don't sell Hoodia Complex anymore...they changed the product to Lipoplex. I never agreed to any "Free Sample" of Lipoplex.
"Hoodia think you're kidding?? Next month I expect they may change the product to dog shit and charge me $69.95 for it.

THIS IS ILLEGAL:
* They change their merchant name to trick the credit card blocking system so they can keep deducting $69.95 from your credit card.;
* NO REFUNDS ALLOWED. Hmmmm...you agree to a
FREE SAMPLE to try a product. Whether you like it or not, whether it works or not, you will keep receiving it and be billed at $69.95/month whether you agree to it or not. Crystal tells me that when I agreed to the "FREE SAMPLE" ..."didn't I see the tiny print that says I have 14 days from that date to REQUEST TO NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT EVERY MONTH FOR A CHARGE OF $69.95. And that they don't allow refunds for this bogus product."
* They can switch the product without any authorization from you and keep billing you $69.95.

TRICKERY/FRAUD/STEALING/GREED/LIES/CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR

Someone has to do something to stop these criminals. PLEASE STOP THEM.
