I want my money back
I WANT THE MONEY PUT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT THAT WAS TAKEN OUT UNAUTORIZED.. I WAS TOLD BY THE HOODIA COMP. THAT THERE WAS AN ERROR IN THE SEQUENCE OF NUMBERS DEBITING MY ACCOUNT FOR THE DIET SUPPLEMENT.

Won't Refund Money
I ordered the free trial of Hoodia Cut online and was charged for the shipping and handling. I then saw a charge for 69.95 later on my bank statement and did not know what it was from. I called the 800 number corresponding with charge to find out what it was for. I talked with a rep who informed me that it was for additional Hoodia Cut that they had supposedly sent out to me, but I had never received. I know I did not authorize this transaction because a similar thing had happened prior but a pop-up appeared saying that I would have to sign up for a membership in order to get the free trial. I was extremely upset because their supposed policy is that they don't refund for any product that has been shipped out. I said that I wanted my money back and asked sternly what I had to do to get my money back. The representative gave me the e-mail address of the corporate office [email protected] and the mailing address Real Solutions Labs, 5920 K Avenue, Plano Tx, 75074. I'm going to e-mail the company and if I do not get the response that I want I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I will update this with more information as it develops.

Billing Scam
Tried a sample and the product may me sick. Noticed that I was billed for more I never agree to. Called today was told it was in the website. No paper work in the trial package. Haven't recieved the product.

Received product cannot take and they refuse to help
I ordered a "sample" product for $5.49. I received the sample - no paperwork or anything in the package. After looking at the ingredients, found I cannot take the product. I called today (received product less than 2 weeks ago) because I received another FULL size product and they charged me $69.95. I told them I could not take the product because it has caffeine and nothing when I ordered the SAMPLE said anything bout caffeine. The operator said, "I don't care what you do with the product, but I cannot refund you. I can send you something else for the same price." I asked for a supervisor, she refused. She told me they are given "strict rules not to give to a supervisor, because they will tell you the same thing." She said I needed to cancel within 14 days. I told her it's been less than 2 weeks - 2 weeks IS 14 days. She said, "14 days of ORDERING - you have a 10-day trial period." I asked how I could try something I didn't have yet? What a crappy company! LOUSY customer service! There is no information anywhere to contact anyone. She gave me a confirmation number for cancellation of the "service" and I should not receive anything more or be charged anything more, but she can't refund what I didn't authorize. The "trial" offer I had said NOTHING about any "automatic monthly supply" or "$69.95 a month" charges. She said, "The order wouldn't have gone through if you wouldn't have agreed to it." In fact, now that I recall, I thought it asked if I wanted an automatic program and I clicked NO THANKS, I JUST WANT THE SAMPLE.

billing scam
got billded for my free sample (paid S&H) 12.10 and now I get charged 69.95.. Thats poor business and appears to be a scam to auto charge you for a product I have yet to receive.. Today is the 27 and if the 14 days cancellation policy is true than it should be based on business days, , not calander days.. Besides that Monday the 28th is the 14th day and I should be able to call an cancel tomorrow correct.. This is very unfortunate that this company is taking advantage of individuals with this pathetic display of unacceptable business practice.

I ordered a free trial of this Diet Pills and never told them to send me anymore and they have. How do I stop it?

Unauthorized charges/Refusal to reimburse
I ordered a FREE 14 day trial, paid for S & H. They charged my debit card $69.95, When I called, they said I had to call and cancel within 14 days. I said I never ordered more than a free sample, nor have I received anything more than the free sample! Even so, it had not been 14 days since I received the sample, nor since they had charged the S & H. I was told my money would not be reimbursed no matter what.
They were rude and I am out $69.95 I don't have!
