This website encouraged consumers to use their Hoodia product. The website states that their product has been proven to effectively provide the following key benefits:

An appetite suppressant
Fat burning (thermogenic)
Energy enhancing

The promotion offered a free 14 day trial supply of there product. All the consumer had to pay were the shipping charges, which I believe I paid around $4.87. The company even used Oprah's name as a supporter of their product.
Noted below is what was stated to me via email:

"We are happy to inform you that your one time auto savings program package was approved and shipped today. You should receive your order in 5 business days via United States Postal Service. In case you might have forgotten this is your final package for your auto savings membership with PE LABS. This is not a MONTHLY charge, this is a one time auto savings package."

I have received an additional 2 shipments of this product and my credit card has been charged $89 on October 31, 2007 and November 30, 2007. I did not authorize to receive anymore of this product nor have my account charged.

I contacted the company on today(12/6/07) and spoke to someone named Princess. She stated that they will not take the product back nor reverse the charges. She stated I should of called to cancel the orders and I told her that I was never told that I had to call because I was only trying out the product on a trial basis. She gave me a cancellation #230881206, but I want my money back.

The product did not work for me and this company is a TOTAL SCAM!!!
