Unauthorized charge to account
Hoodia charged my account 69.95 which is totally unauthorized.I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO PAY THIS AND I WANT IT TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY.

Fraud
SCAMMER. Purchased their product, it did not work, so I called Hoodia for instructions to return. Upon return, was told I would get credit for product returned. Never did. It's been several months now, never received refund and, after at least 10 phone calls, was unable to reach their customer service department. Finally gave up, and due to their successful scamming, they got to keep my $50.

Unauthorized charges
I am still being charged monthly for something i requested be stopped. my account continues getting screwed up and I am paying fee after fee for negative funds when if it werent for the hoodia company...my account would have been fine. I want all my money back..my fees and the money for the pills...by the way, i was charged for pills this month that i didnt even recieve.

They keep sending me products I haven't ordered. I can't find out how to prevent this. Can you help?
I asked for one free sample and they have now sent me three and are charging me for them even though I haven't ordered them. What can I do to make this stop?

sending unordered merchandise
This company has had many complaints. They sent me merchandise I didn't order and won't eliminate the charges, a total of $#%>*%> I'm afraid that they will keep sending me goods I don't want and keep charging me.

Do not send anymore of this ever
I wanted to try the product but at no time did I ever ask you to send me a supply every month, what is wrong with you. You are not now and never were authorized to do this and I do not expect to see any more of this product and really feel that you should refund the money you have charged me. I also believe that the way you send the package with no invoice etc. is a terrible way to do business. You really should be reported to BBB and you whole campaign is false advertising. Please deal with this situation immediately.
It amazing that there is no number etc. you chose to hide behind an email customer service. Not ver professional. Kathleen Caito

ordered sample but didn't order continuing supplies
Ordered sample only but they keep shipping product, will rerturn by certified mail and will not pay any charges beyond the 5.95 shipping

i never ordered anything
i was checking my bank account this morning and as of midnight last night there was a new amount subtracted from my account. It didn't specify what it was except that it was $49.95. The memo read: FOREXFASTTRACK ST. GEORGE 01
obviously i had no idea what this was so i "googled" those exact letters/words exactly as they appeared and it took me directly to this website. i would just like to say i have never ordered anything from hoodia if that's what this is from and i have received nothing in the mail either. i definitely plan to print this web page and take it to my bank and get the charge erased. if anyone has any other suggestions or even a lawsuit going...let me know.

I was charged for products i did not order and never got my 14 day free trial period
I order a bottle of hoodiastar and was sent a package of hoodiburst gum for 9.95 and a bottle of hoodiawater and an extra bottle of hoodiastar for 29.95 and the starting price was suppose to be 4.95 for a trial period and that was the only reason I ordered it because i am allergic to alot of products and just wanted to try it before i ordered anymore. This is fraud because i read the fine print and it said i had 14 days to try it out and then i would get sent a month supplie after that if i did not cancel. If i do not recieve my money back i will have my attorney, which is my finance take care of this issue and i will not settle for less than I and everyone else that got scammed deserves. This is not a matter that is taken lightly and i will make sure that your company will not be in business running scams like this again. Your company better take this serious and take care of it or they will be legal action taken.
