I ordered the free trial and used my credit card for the shipping and handling. I did not order the next bottle they sent me , or authorize them to charge my account 69.95. There was no paper work with the shipment so I don't have a number to get in contact with them. Their web site is of no help at all. I will be returning the bottle and contacting my bank to see if I can put a stop on them from taking any more money.
