Unauthorized billing
The last two shopimnets of their Hoodiastack was returned unopened. I have tried to contac the copany, without success. The telephones listed are answered only by an automated voice and there is not way to communicate with them. I have notified my creditr card comapny to return any charges made by this company and will refuse to pay any statment that has that charge on it.

Internet Scam
They got me too! Nowhere did I read that I had to notify company within 14 days to stop a new shipment. I thought I was purchasing a free trial supply and pay only the postage. Customer service tells me that they will not credit the $69.95 charge even if I return the product, unopened. They state all shipments are final sale! Expensive lesson.

unauthorized charges of 69.95
My husband John ordered the FREE 10 day supply plus the shipping.We have now received a 30day supply and a 69.95 charge to our bank account.I have read alot of other complaints.Why is this still happening?This has to stop! I am contacting my lawyer first thing Monday morning.Also the better business bureau.And most important my bank!It's really sad to think that some people have nothing else better to do than SCAM innocent people.

Scam- bad product and continued orders without consent, abuse of credit card on file
Hoodia Stack offers a free sample of what they call a diet supplement. They only ask that you pay for S&H. I did that, received the product, it contained no return address, no re-order form, no information regarding the product. I immediately knew I had been scammed. I looked online and found this site, many others have been taken advantage of and scammed as well. I called the number on my credit card and spoke with a horrible lady who said I had agreed to the terms and conditions of this product, which I don't remember doing. I never signed/printed any info nor did they ship me anything other than a green bottle of pills. I have been taken advantage of because the S&H charge posted on 10/17 and today is 10/29, yet they said they have already charged me another 60 $ and more pills I did not sign or ask for. I will not accept the package and hopefully there will be a return to sender listed on the product or I'm taking it to the police department to locate/return to sender. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I LEARNED THE HARD WAY AND HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I HAVE CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THE POLICE. ONCE I RECEIVE THE PACKAGE, I'M NOT OPENING IT AND WILL HAVE THEM RESEARCH FURTHER. IF YOU NEED A DIET SUPPLEMENT, GO TO GNC OR ASK YOUR DOCTOR.

unauthorized shipments
refused unauthorized shipment and they denied receiving it and could not get refund on charges.This is "highway robbery"Company should be investigated because they sell bogus so called medicine.

receiving unauthorized product
While on line one day I saw an ad for a free sample of this diet product so I thought that I would try it.
I did but found that it did not do what I thought it was supposed to do, rathe it made me even more hungry. I was of the understanding that this was just that a asample & that if I wanted more I could order it, no where do I remember authorizing for more product to be shipped. I gave my credit card # for the shipping & handling of the sample, only. What do I do now?

Didn't order
I ordered a free sample for $5.95, never was there mentioned that I would get charged with auto ship and auto debit from my account. I did not order this for continued use, or auto ship. This is false advertising.
I want my money back. They just charged me $66.95 which I did not authorize.

Free Sample
I ordered a free sample of Hoodia ( touted on the Oprah show). Used my credit card for $5.95 shipping charges. Have received 3 unauthorized bottles of pills At a charge of $69.95 ea. on my credit card.
Unknown to me by getting a FREE sample I was enrolled in their program.
Citi bank has refused to take these charges away and the Hoodia Co. WILL NOT TAKE THE PILLS BACK.
