I also ordered the trail size of HoodiaPhen and then received an order that was charged to my account in the amount of $149.95. I was able to track the number of the shipper. They said I had agreed to the terms. NOT! For $49.95 they will cancel the recurring orders and refund the $100 after they receive the product. I am waiting for the return shipping number. The number to call is 405-601-2740. I spoke with someone named Quay.

Charges without permission
This company charged/scammed my banking account 69.95 for products not ordered and without my permission. I originally ordered a sample from this company for 4.95 and this was paid with no further obligations. saw this on the OPRAH show and thought it would be legitate. I would like to have my money back plus my troubles of over drafts caused by this incident. PLEASE CANCEL MY NAME AND ACCOUNT.

Received unordered product
I ordered a so called free sample just pay the shipping for $4.95
The next month I received 2 more unordered bottles with a $69.95 charge on my American Express Card. I called the co.
and was told I could cancell for 39.95.

Charged my acc without my permission!
I would like to cancel my order which i didn't realize i had. All i did i thought was pay for a one time trial order of $4.95. all the sudden you are charging my credit card a ridiculous $69.95 fee for another order. I still don't understand why i can't get all of my $69.95 back since i have sent back the order without even opening the package-all the pills are still there. I talked to a person with the name of Angel. So this is to her attention- guess.

Unauthorized charge to my credit card!
This company offered a free trail for the product Hoodiaphen and all you have to do is pay for shipping and handling with no specifications on how much the actual item really cost, if I were to decide to keep it, I never got a chance to use the product because I could see right off, that it was not for me. so I then sent it back, but instead of a free trial I was charged for something that I never used or even kept.

Unauthorized check withdrawal!
I ordered a free trial and NEVER gave my permission to withdraw money from my account, how they got my numbers to withdraw i don't know, after getting the FREE sample they have sent me 2 bottles,I'm unable to contact them by phone. I cannot take this product as I have heart condition and am a Diabetic. I only wanted the free sample to talk to my Dr. I have not used it.
Stay away!

Unauthorized credit card charge!
Like many others, I was offered a free trial which I accepted. Now, without my authorization, Hoodiaphen has sent me another order and not responded to my requests to cancel. More importantly, I did not authorize this payment yet they charged my credit card.
I am generally skeptical of 'free offers' but since the website had testimonials from reputable people such as Oprah I thought it was okay. I have since done research and found out that I am only one of a number of people who fell for this offer. Additionally, I thought it was hoodia I was getting, not a mix that includes "Phen". I haven't even used it - it's sitting on my desk - because I am afraid to.

Did not order pills!
I never ordered Hoodiaphen pills... I ordered the sample and then received to bottles for the price of $149... and I wanted to order a sample for $4.95 and I cannot get a hold of any one to make sure I do not receive these pill ever again... this is a scam and I have already contacted better business bureau...

Protect yourself!
I to ordered the "FREE TRIAL" of Hoodiaphen. I didn't know about the charges they were going to automatically deduct out of my account. I went back to the website that I ordered from and read the "fine print". I immediately called my bank and canceled my bank card and ordered another one. The bank advised me that if I did that then Hoodiapen COULD NOT debit my account when it's time for them to take my money. You have 15 days from the time you receive your order to cancel, but then they charge you $50 to do that. It's a scam!! I wish I would've read the fine print and did research ahead of time, but I hope this will help others in the future. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
