I ordered the so called trial of Hoodia Water for $2.95 (shipping & handling). After reading the enclosed invoice, I discovered that they were going to send me this product every 30 days for #38.95. I called and e-mail the company and informed them that I could not afford this product and to immediately cancelled my so called membership. Two weeks later after reviewing my credit card charges I noticed a charge for$38.95 and that it was from Hoodia Water. I again call and was told that although I cancelled my membership in time. I was not entitled to a refund because cancelling your membership just means you won't get any more products, not the fact that you though you were only ondering a trial version of that product.

products not ordered were sent to me and caused my account to be in the negative. Amount taken out of my bank was $45.85 + $35.00 (overdraft fee). Spoke to a Ms. Char and was advised that the money will be credited to my account once they received the merchandise back from me on August 11, 2008. Money was never credited back to my account, nor was the overdraft fee credited back to the account... I have tried on several times to get back in touch the company and can't, and I really do need these funds to be deposited back in my account!!!
