Want to return items but get no answer

Order #1516468

The following items were shipped to me on November 7, 2008 and I want to return them. I have called an 800 number provided but never get an answer, always busy and have to wait for an hour or more. I have waited for 20 minutes because I was told it would take 19 minutes and still no answer.
I have sent several e-mails to Hoodiburst and HoodiaWater and neither has given me an answer since a week ago. I was told it would take no longer than 24-48 hours.

I would like to return:

1 package (12 pieces) Hoodiburst Gum $9.95
1 bottle (1 oz.) HoodiaWater $24.95

I have requested an RMA to return these unopened items and would appreciate some help from you.

thievery

After realizing there was a box premarked already for something other than the trial size, I immediately called and cancelled. My credit card was charged and now I have to return unwanted product. No answer on customer service due to "popularity of product". Unbelievable that they get away with this.
