This channel is a total scam. As I've read in previous posts, they DO NOT answer the phone. I can't believe I even got through to get the return number. I'm out over $2, 000 a year later. I've sent letters, emails, left voicemail messages. I have the proof that FedEx delivered the item. What more do they want???
