on 1/17/2008, we purchased a web design with 7 additional custom programming, which total come up $2099, we gave all the detail about each custom programming we need, they took 3 month to have a programmer called us to start custom design, and we have to pay for the hosting fee $39.99 each month without website go live. after another 3 month the programmer called again and told us the work was done, OMG total mess, Its not what we requested on the contract, the programmer told us thats most close they can get, they cant get same as what we request because they have to custom everything on the shopping cart, WTF then why you charge me at start! they said they will try again and see what happen, after another 6 month we received an email from a programmer ask us to prove the design, SHIT! everything was same as last time, nothing was changed, I was over sea at that time, so didnt get chance to call them, I want to call them once i get back, the crazy thing is on feberary 2009, they send me a email ask me aprove another $400 charges for another one year hosting fee, I already paid 1 year housting $400 and custom design $2099 for nothing, Im not gonna pay another $400, so I didnt aprove the charge, but I found out they charged my card without my aproval when i get back to US, which was 6/10/09, I past credit card dispute time for this unauthorized charge. I called this company and spoke to a manager about this, but the manager said because the contract was over a year they cant credit anything back even the work is not done, and I need to find a way myself to deal with credit card company for the unauthorized charge, WTF 2 years wait and almost $3000 for nothing!!! we are working with an atterney to Sue this company, who ever want to john please contact [email protected]
