I APPLIED FOR THIS CARD, THINKING AND ASSUMING(BY THEM) THAT IT WAS A VISA OR MASTERCARD. BUT IT TURNS OUT THAT IT IS A CARD TO ONLY PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THE HORIZON WEBSITE, THATS IT. I APPLIED A FEW DAYS AGO AND GOT AHOLD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS ABLE TO CANCEL MY CARD AND GOT A CONFIRMATION NUMBER FOR THAT, PLUS AM BEING REFUNDED MY 29.95 FEE. THE NUMBER I CALLED AND TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL WAS 1800-251-6144. HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL TO ANYONE WHO MADE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

I was charged for a feature that I did not order or want. Plus their reguler monthly charge for a the card that can only be used at there outlet store on line. They have a very limited selction at the store & it is not of interest to me. It is not the type of card that I thought it was. Please Help Me Get my money back!!!

These people has misleading ads posted.Their items are not worthe buying.They have posted this site of nothing but fruad.I will allow them to keep that $28 they took off my master-card.My God says forgive your debtors and your debts shall be forgive, But I say this.I am a single mother of two in hopes of doing business with someone thruthful.They deceived me along with others.If 500, 000 people responded to their site.They became instant millionairs.I canceled my credit card tht they took the fund from, and I pray that God has mercy on their souls.I heard a camel with a hump on his back could walk through an eye of a needle before a rich man makes it to Heaven.Those workers of iniquity at vorizon gold needs prayer.

this cardwas not the "credit card" that I expected. I was looking for an actual credit card that would allow me to make purchases and pay bills online with Visa/Mastercard merchants. I called to cancel the card only to be given the 3rd degree. After speaking with a supervisor, I got the account cancelled. However, I was only refunded $19.95 instead of the $29.95 that I initially paid. I was advised that since I applied on 10/1/08 and the card was processed on 10/03/08, I had access to their website and will incur a $10 cancellation fee. It is definately unfortunate that I am penalized $10 for a card that I do not want nor do I care to use. It makes me wonder just how many unsatisfied customers have been penalized $10 for cancelling. Horizon never has to sell a single item if they are issuing thousands of cards and charging $10 to consumers who will surely cancel. i think I might be in the wrong line of work.

we don't like anything on the website store, and wish to have both cards canceled imediately.
