I applied for what was advertised on the net as free credit approval at no charge as well as on the phone. I was asked for an account number but again reassurred it wouldn't be charged after I had informed them I didn't have my own account at no charge my girlfriend agreed to let me use hers for file purposes only. Once I received the card I was disappointed it wasn't at all what I expected it was of no use anywhere but the online store which might I add had nothing of interest to offer. My girlfriend then receives her bank statement to find she had been charged more than once putting her account in the negative along with overdraft fees I feel bad obviously she is furious we split up due to this which neither of us are to blame. She is a single mother I would have never agreed to take from her & the kids. Id like this issue resolved.

My boyfriend applied for the card on line & was asked for a card number told them he didn't have one was told it was for file purposes only he infact would not be charged for this free line of credit.I call Bullshit he used my card info and they charged me without even speaking with me for conscent to do so. Now my account has been OVERDRAFTED. For a dept I did not owe for a card that was not in my name that can only be used to purchase merchandise that is of absolutely no use or value to me or my family. I'm a single mother with 2 kids luckily I did get an education. I work at a law firm therefore I do have the ability to sue your asses off & if this isn't askin care of in full in a timely manner I'll be forced to do so by in full I mean reimbursement for the overdrafts as well . What you do is unlawful & immoral I don't see how you sleep at night .
