My wife and I won a cruise to Paradise Island, Bahamas in 3/06. We attended a presentation at the Paradise Island Beach Resort. We were "badgered" into purchasing a Festiva Resorts/Horizon-Quest Discount which "supposedly" got us discounts on both Cruises & Luxury Resorts.
After trying quite a few times to use the program, we were unable to "Get What We Paid For!" Wepaid $2, 256 for something that seems to have been a SCAM! I recently came across the paperwork and Hardcover Directory of Services and found your Website. I still have most of the Documents, including the Credit Card Receipts of payment.
