I TOOK A HOSPITAL CASH INSURANCE POLICY FOR SELF AND HUSBAND IN THE YEAR 2009 AFTER BEING SATISFIED ABOUT THE SCHEME. NOW I FIND THAT AN AMOUNT FAR EXCEEDING THE POLICY AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT( MORE THAN 2.5 TIMES THE AGREED AND PAID LAST YEAR. I HAVE IMMEDIATELY REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT WITH THE COMPANY AND SBI CARDS ABOUT MY GRIEVANCE.
SINCE SBI CARDS ARE IN JOINT VENTURE WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY, THEY HAVE ALSO VIOLATED THE DEBITING FAR IN EXCESS OF THE AGREED AMOUNT AND ARE LIABLE TO CREDIT THE AMOUNT FORTHWITH WITHOUT ANY DELAY AND ARE LIABLE NOT TO CHARGE THE INTEREST, IF THE SAME IS NOT CLEARED ON THE DUE DATE.
