MY complain is in relation to the new regulations that Drs are applying to patients for payments. In the first appoiment, pts must sign a consent that autorize drs to withdrawn from your credit card the rest of the amount of the payment if the insure does not pay the total amount of the cost of the visit and procedures. It is legally correct?
