Most doctors are polite and understanding no matter how stressful work can be but I have met a few who are extremely unprofessional in the communication with nurses. For example labeling nurses 'mahkluk'; species', 'bangsat'; bastard;' and even ordered some of the nurses to 'get out'. If these doctors are not happy with the nurses, might as well do your work alone without the nurses. There is no point shouting at nurses because you're only wasting your breath and when it comes to attending patients, nursing care is more important than medical treatment although nurses do have so much knowledge than the doctors. The hospital is not your home and the nurses are not your employees. If the environment is not likable to level of the doctors' convenience in practice, might as well resign instead of letting out anger and hate to the nurses. Would it be an absurdity and a great hypocrite for asking God for forgiveness five times a day then continue shouting at nurses whenever it is convenient. There is always an optional to open a private clinic or a hospital and employ your own nurses instead of making yourself like a stupid fool shouting at nurses in front of colleagues and patients.
