A few years ago we had bought, first a single domain hosting when the company offered a life-time fixed fee hosting for $4.99/month with unlimited bandwidth, unlimited space. Then we upgraded to multiple hosting plan for paying another $40+/year. A few months ago, we noticed that our FTP acces to our accounts stopped working. We opened multiple tickets and tried to contact the company quite a few times but they did not even respond to the tickets. Three months passed, no support. Then it came time for renewal and we did not renew and yes of course we got an email from billing that the account was overdue. We replied to them stating the issues and now no response from Billing team as well. So we ended up sending an Account Cancelation email and trasferred our hosting to GoDaddy. Now the only reason for all this behavior seems to be the fact that Hostonce actually wanted its old customers to leave because they had locked a lifetime rate of $4.99 with everything unlimited. Now they are selling limited hosting for $6.95/month. So all makes sense why they let us leave. What a cheating way to do business. I have all the email proofs for what I stated above. Would not recommend Hostonce to anyone.
