Over the past 6 months Hostreflex.com has been charging our account for services that we cancelled in May of 2004. Prior to that, Hostreflex.com had charged our account for services not rendered including an SSL that they lost during one of the many system crashes.
We have begun the process of filing complaints, charges and a small claims file with New Jersey and California. They have repeatedly told us that they will stop charging us but cannot refund money. They charged us again for services yesterday.
This company is a sorry excuse for a web host. No response to email - no telephone number that actually works getting a person or even leaving a voicemail.
They are thieves and should be jailed for their illegal, immoral and unjust treatment of customers.
