My issues with them include

1. They are Racially Backward-The majority of advertisements only are devoted to one ethnicity as though one ethnicity is responsible for all happiness. They also have no advertisements of other races or mixed race couples on their homepage or top and side advertising that is known as their banner advertising. When I spoke to them about it via their video customer service representative who happens to be a woman they said that they would take my recommendations to management-So far absolutely nothing has been done with this at all! Absolutely Zero! Pathetic customer service

2. They have log-in issues-I tried to log in on the site but could not and left a message for them on their telephone system since I could not reach anyone there at the customer service and nothing has been done up till today!

3. They have what I call the "no picture problem"-I could not get on to the site to put up my picture on my profile but the site keeps sending me email letter notifications from ladies!. How can a sensible lady send letters to someone where there is no picture on their profile?. This is called "fishing for customers." Sites often do it to get you to purchase from them credits so as to open letters while they make as much money from you. The more letters you open the more their pockets get full of course! This can also show you that the site itself and not the lady is responsible for sending you these letters so as to cause you to "buy" from them which my in fact be written by a translator or writer working on the site and not by the lady herself because an intelligent lady always writes a profile with a picture on it!
