I requested a CD from hotbusinessmarket.com. It was advertised on the Ebay website. I paid $2.99 with a credit card. Weeks later, I had not received it. I called the number associated with the charge on my credit card twice. They said it had been sent to me twice but I had not received it. I called back and was told that I could download in the meantime. I was never able to log in. I called and told them and was told by the next day I could log on. It didn't happen.

I called my credit card company to report this matter and found that $81.xx had been charged additionally to my credit card. My credit card company said they would refund all the money and take matters into their hands. Thank you Master Card!

Please get the support from your credit card company to help you with these matters. I hope someone stops this crooked group and penalizes them justly.
