This company stole over 138.00 dollars from me, Paypal refuses to do anything about they state because its a "virtual" item that they can not refund the money. Well if that is the case then everyone should setup a site use paypal and take everyone's money because their is obvisouly no recourse in which the buyer is protected. They protect the seller not the buyer. This complaint has been logged withe the IC3 complaint.

Don't use this site. Its a complete scam! After seveal attempts to contact them I filed a claim with paypal. Soon after I get an email. Here's my reply, oh yea, they didn't respond...

I logged on to your web site and opened the live chat 3 times without a response. Seems like the timeout is set at 20 minutes. There shouldn’t be any misunderstanding, I paid for a product that you advertise you can deliver, not so sure where this is being misunderstood??? Also, I have considered your side of the business but how about the customer? Paying for something and getting ripped off in return, waiting hours in the evil 24/7 live support chat box… In retrospect, you don’t have a side to consider!

Just so there is no more misunderstandings, how about you give me what I paid for?

I filed dispute on my 30k gold order, they asked me to drop my dispute and they would give me my gold! i didnt fall for that trick as i couldnt get a clear answer. My advice, RAISE IT TO CLAIM ASAP! Let paypal handle it and you might get a full refund like i did =D

UPDATE! i opened a dispute on paypal last night, and to my suprise they sent email immediately almost saying they had my order ready of the remainder 25, 000 gold!, when jusy yesterday they were OUT OF STOCK. thats amazing to stock so fast, yeah right. Anyway, i go to live chat like they say and all i get is "close the dispute, then we give you gold" i asked directly many times and they said same thing each time. I have escalated my claim as i do not trust them. Never think of buying from them. they are fraud as could be. i will post updates

This site its nothing but fraud! Dont let their front page reviews fool you. They ripped me off. As stated in their advertisement 24/7 support, fully stocked 100%, fast delivery. Well i purchased their product and here it is 3 days later and no product. They tell me no refund, please wait for their email...well guess what? Im out $$$ and all they can do is press a macro key and ignore me and my requests.
