Reservation failed

I reserved a hotel in orlando for just 1 night, after making the trip and in the night whe I got there, the local hotel told me they do not have the reservation gtahotels had confirmed online to me, I have to go by car looking for a hotel with availables rooms.<br />
<br />
After calling, gtahotels told me to put a query on the reservation I made, till now they do not refund the money.

about the refund

Sir,
I have made a transactions through my visa card (Barclays Bank) no. 4339 4800 0029 6168 on 31/12/2009, for hotel booking with amount 15221.01 INR.
But the merchant has terminated the service and stated in the mail about the reufund procedure soon.
Its already 3 month, and still no refund is given. and the merchant is not replying any of my mails as well my phone calls.
So please help me out in this matter to take the refund soon.

Please help me in this matter, so i can get my refund soon.
