I paid EUR 50.60 for one night reservation at the ARTIS hotel in Vienna on December 1, 2009. I still have not received any confirmation otherwise I am on the phone with agency hotels2foru every day. First they wrote me they were not able to charge my credit card so I paid by card of other person and send them the confirmation. The lady on the phone told me that she has the conformation yesterday but I still have no confirmation. I wanted to invite my daughter to Vienna as a Christmas present and now I feel like cheated idiot. I am divorced and this money is not such small amount that I would easy forget. I hope you can help me to get service I paid for and I will be able to go for the planned trip to Vienna!
