Dear Sir or Madam,

I contact to you in relation to a hotel book that I did via hotelcollet.com, in that i booked a hotel in Morocco (Moroccan House) for 3 days.

A few days before the book, Hotelcollet reported me that the book was cancelled, but they had already charged the amount in my bank account.
this book was realized for the 24, 25th and 26th of July, and i claim the return of the amount from this charge.

I have sent 40 post office to the customer services, but they have never answered my request, so, they have never returned my money.
