'We Want Free" Stay two separate times earn one night free
I had stayed at the Quality Inn on Bay St on two separate times, gave the receptionist my choice club card at the time of arrival and made the assumption that I would qualify for the free night. When I checked out on the second stay I asked the receptionist to clarify the signage at the front desk. There was a huge sign saying "We want Free" stay two separate time and earn one free night. I asked her to ensure that my card was swiped as I wanted to use it the next time I came to the Sault. As she looked over my account she noticed that the clerk had added my choice club card in the correct area so it did not show up adding any points she added that the new clerks do not know how to add the old cards to our new system. She recommended that I call choice club to get an updated card. As I am not in your business I am not sure what that means . I got the card in 1996 I have not moved since that time my card number is 221050. She told me that who ever took the information from my card had done it incorrectly but she would fix it. I told her that I have stayed with an affiliate hotels for the last 9 months at least once a month does that mean that none of those stays have been recognized? She could not answer that question for me. She did rectify the issue at their hotel where I stay the two separate times to quality. I certainly hope that you will provide me with at least the one free night. I will call to fix the problem with the out dated card.

Do Not Book with them
I made a reservation through hotels.com Only because I was led to believe that I would receive a rebate. I read and re-read the requirementsvery carefully. I even had the help of one of their reps!!!

After I completed my stay I immediately sent the rebate form to Hotels.com and I NEVER received my rebate! They keep telling me they sent it but my bank is saying they did not and it's not on my statement so where could it be?

I am so angry that I have talked to numerous agents and SUPERVISORS and none of them have been able to resolve this issue! This is insane! I will NEVER book ANYTHING through them again and I advise you not to do so either!

Unable to make a reservation
I was unable to make a reservation that was made due to sand storm. The second night i showed up and it as canceled but i was charged anyway. I spoke to many different countries representing this hotels.com and every time i got something different. I wanted a refund for one of the two nights. due to having to pay for another hotel the night i showed up. Hotels.com only made an attempt when i was on phone and when i wasn't they did not follow up and when i would call back i'd get the same issue today 7/9 finally after talking to 2 different countries got a manager that got the refund done but i was told it was a courtesy to me. What!!! I talked to at least 5 people over according to their corporate office 2 and 1/2 weeks and nothing done who cannot get a hold of a manager at the hotel in 2 and 1/2 weeks to issue refund. Also according to corporate all their many people i spoke to did their job and that i was not inconveinced or delayed anytime frame because they have 30 days to get results. I was also told according to the reps notes that they did their job and as I said so their job is only to call when I am on phone and not follow up. His response was according to notes they did their job...The fact that several times i was told i could not get manager or their name and that when i was promised a call back i didn't get one was ok service. I was also told he was as high as i could talk to apparently they don't have a president. I could also write a letter he says. i spent 2 and 1/2 weeks according to them calling and yet i was not inconvenienced and that I also should appreciate the fact they give great notes. Basically I needed to hold their hand to get results.

Terrible Service
awful experience. the staff walked into the room on several occasions without knocking. They claimed they had called the room first, but they did not as there were several other phone calls from friends that came into the room at around the same time and were answered. They put me in a room in a wing undergoing renovation that was closed off by a separate door. In the hallway outside the room, there was peeling wallpaper, smell of paint and dismantled lighting units propped up against the hallway walls. This part of the hotel was very different from the main part of the hotel in which the hallways looked fine. In the room itself, the bathroom did not flush, the TV stand was falling apart, the furniture was old, scratched and outdated, the bathroom floors were sticky, there were dirty stains by the bathroom sink, and there was a smell of urine. When I called the front desk, the attendant said he would come and spray Lysol in the room to make it smell better. When I asked to speak to the manager, Gia Ghandi, the attendant said I should wait ten minutes and the manager would come out to speak to me, when I asked after ten minutes, the front desk attendant said to wait a half hour, finally he said the manager was in a meeting and was not available to speak. When I asked to speak to the manager over the phone, the front desk attendant said this was not allowed. This was not a professional expeience.

pets
this is the first time i've been to this town and i have been everywhere from as far as kansas mo to ft myers beach fl, i have never had trouble finding a hotel. Everywhere i go and ask if they take pets they say "oh no" like as if i ask if they accept bears or kangroos. I will never be back and if you have pets that you love alot and treat them as if they are your children, don't go to uniontown, pa. You will get shut out.

They are pet haters!!!

parking
We stay at this hotel for 1 night on our way to florida.They advertise park your call for free in a safe secure parking lot.The lot was full and they said park here.SO we did.When we returned we recieved a parking ticket for 100.The owner will not return our calls.Called the hotel many many times.This has happened to a least 6 other guest in the last 2 weeks.
