When filling out and sending the reservation request, a notice of rejection comes across the screen. When I double checked the information and sent it in again, still came back with error message. Hotels plus then called me and said that they were notified that a card didn't go through. She manualy took my reservation then the next day, Hotels Plus called me to say that the hotel that we had reserved through them, was booked and there were no availablity but that they could book us at another hotel. I agreed, but our card was declined. When we checked with our bank, there were 4 (four) charges of the 121.98 instead of the one charge that should have been. We asked if they could please refund the extra money charged, they replied they couldn't see any charges. I was asked to fax the bank statement showing charges to them, but the first fax number given to me was not working, second fax number went through. I've now been waiting most of the day to find out when we can have these charges reversed. I called them, waited on line for 8 mins then was told that it would take up to three (3) days to return the money that never should have been charged in the first place. This is our bank card and now can't be used nor do we have any money due to this activity.
