Respected Sir/Madam,

I applied for broadband connection from Swastik Cable, Hotwire Local Provider in Keshav Puram in Oct, 2003. For Providing broadband connection provider charged me Rs. 3500/- as installation charges.

In July 2006, provider has terminated the service without any notice. Upon approaching, provider said that this will be continued with in 7 days. Now its more than two months and the service has not been continued. When I try to contact the provider, they don''t pick up the phone and upon visiting shop, technical members give a response that owner is not available at the moment.

Due to termination of service without any notice, From July 2006, till now, I have to go in CyberCafe for accessing internet for which I have spent Rs. 700/- and for printout Rs. 1000/-.

On 19, Sept, 2006 somehow provider picked up my phone and in a very harsh manner he said that he will not refund the money and will not continue the service.

When I visited the shop On 20,Sept, 2006, I was shocked to see the infrastructure. I am doubtful that provider is trying to abscond and having fraud with me.

I would request you to please take immediate action against the provider and please get my money refunded. In case of any other information required from my side, please feel free to contact me at 9910109058.
