Took them forever to even pretend to give me a refund
Double charged me. Took them forever to even pretend to give me a refund. Then, they said they gave me a refund, but they money was not actually refunded. By the time I got around to tell the credit card company, it was too late to initiate a charge-back.

Don't sign up for hound. The jobs are no better than what you can easily find on a free job search engine like indeed.com or on actual company websites.

scam
Initially I was very happy with this job search website. I was no longer happy when my bank account was continually charged even though I did not permit these charges. I was then given a line that this is what is done automatically when you sign up. I have the original email and there is no language with regards to "auto-renewal". After my bank account was charged without my permission, I tried to cancel my subscription online - you CAN NOT alter your subscription service online. In addition, when you call their offices to change/cancel, none of their operators/phone support speak clear, understandable english. I spent over a half-hour trying to understand their manager. Finally, after numerous hassles my account was canceled. BEWARE of this fraudulent company.

Do not give your hard earned money to these rip off artists
Beware of this job search site - Desparate, need a job. Hound.com promises these exclusive employment opportunities that other search engines do not have for a small fee of $29.95 not posted anywhere... yeah because they do not exists.

They have this nice message that you can click on to report a closed job posting, however they never removed any of them . Almost every job I clicked on was "no longer available" but yet they claim just came out a day ago.

After reporting to them that the jobs (and I mean several) were not even open, they still never removed it . The few that were open I contacted the hospital directly & they new of NO such posting.

They refuse to take cancel orders via e mail & make you call & speak to someone ... who when answered the phone said hello like I called my buddy not a business. This is a big time scam !! Everyone needs to know what a rip off they are !

Beware
Hound.com offers a 7-day free trial and then bills you for the first month at $39.95. But the catch is you have to call to cancel the trial and you can only do it during California business hours. Today - Monday - I called them in the morning to cancel the trial I initiated last Monday afternoon and they said I had already been billed for the first month and they wouldn't reverse the charge. Even though less than seven days had elapsed, they said this was the eighth day of the trial and would not reverse the charge. Their attitude was that I should have read the fine print.
