house & lot under contract8-26-07.Lot discussed at $21, 000, because of improvements.Improvements being due to impact fees being paid on the lot.9-25-07holidaybuilders requested refund of impact fees.Time of settlement 10-17-07, told impact fees not with lot.Told didn"t have to settle, but felt pushed into settling, as furniture ordered & ready for delivery.Holidaybuilders received refund for impact fees in Dec.07.Believe this is close to bate & switch tactics.Tried to work out problem for over 1yr. to no satifaction.Boerner family believes when dealing with holidaybuilders need an attorney more than a real estate agent.
