Purchased a money order for $16.25. Discovered, it was mailed to incorrect address. Is it possible to put a stop on the money order #260294647, in the event it could be cashed by another party, or does one generally wait for money orders to be returned by postal service if the address was no longer in use? I do not know if another party is living in that household at this time and could possibly cash it.
Thank you,
