I would recommend purchasing your vehicle ANYWHERE besides this place. But if for some reason you feel compelled to visit here, you can expect the following:
1. ADHD SERVICE. You can’t get dedicated focus from anyone. Sales and finance staff are distracted, constantly interrupted and juggling too many customers.
2. A SORE BACKSIDE. With or without an appointment, expect to sit and wait in a room that resembles a holding cell I once saw at an animal shelter.
3. NUMBERS SHUFFLE. Just like magic, the price of the vehicle and the interest rates fluctuate. For me, when the time came to sign the contract, the base price of the vehicle had changed by more than 10%, and the interest rate was up by 2 points over the first promised rate.
4. A FAIR PRICE. I do feel like I was quoted a fair price for the vehicle, but that wouldn’t be a compelling reason to purchase from Howard Auto Group. It’s possible to get a fair price from many dealerships – and without all the hoops and drama. Move along peeps, nothin’ here for you.
