I began the registration process for "Google Profit Library, " entering a lot of confidential data -- I relied upon the goodwill and reputation of Google in proceeding with the website. When I got to the terms and conditions, which I did not agree to, I decided not to complete the application. Not only were the terms and conditions unacceptable, further research provided many complaints about Imax Banking, including labeling them as a "scam." Google's website disclaims any connection with Imex and their product. I got an email regarding my registrawtion with a password and a charge of $1.97 for shipping.
Be advised I did not agree to any terms and conditions and did not apply for the "Google Profit Library." I expect you to destroy any confidential information submitted (indluding credit card, SOS and bank info submitted.) I also expect a refund of the $1.97.
This is one of the worst cases of misrepresentation I have ever encountered. If my confidential information is used for any purpose, I will immediately notify the proper authorities, including the Comptroller of the Currency.
Thank you,
Howard Wilcox
