On 8/26/2010 I placed an order with Howlin Moon Dog Sports for three Ohio State University Buckeyes OSU Dog Puppy Bandanas, 1 size small and 2 size ML. I read the shipping info which stated that it could take as long as 5 weeks to receive items ordered. In the process of waiting, logging into my account with them to see that my order was still "being processed" we moved. I logged back on to leave an email for their customer service on 10/28/2010 to find out what was taking so long and to let them know that since we had not received our items yet we would need them to be delivered to our new address. I never received a response to my email and still don't have my Doggy bandanas. The football season is all but over and they took the money out of my account on 8/30/2010. Now i just want my money refunded. I am just tired of waiting.

Wow, where do I begin to describe the horrible experience I had with this company. I ordered a dog sweatshirt for a Christmas gift for someone on December 15, 2009. I even paid extra for expedited shipping. It is now January 19th and I still haven't received it. I tried many times to contact the company to find out where my order was and then to cancel my order. No one got back to me until this weekend. They sent me hateful emails questioning my mental stability and threatened to contact my place of business to tell them I wasn't doing my job because I was worrying where my order was. I have NEVER had such horrible customer service in my life. I still have not been given my money back or gotten my order. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
