HP Customer Relations Management
I sent my new laptop computer in to fix a problem with the cooling fan and am now being asked to pay $300 to repair damage that clearly happened in transit to HP Repair Center or in their facility. HP has no system in place to deal with customer complaints and have made it very difficult if not impossible to reach a supervisor or anyone in authority that can help resolve a dispute. I like the computer, but I will be going back to a Dell next time as this experience was absolutely unacceptable.
