Bought a brand new HP printer from officemax store. Never started working. Just keep showing Out of paper message, inspite of all steps per the guide / online support.
Took 3 reminder followup to get to know that there could be one of the step needed.
processed 4 hrs of steps thro online support agent and reinstalled the printer - done by agent.
At the end, printer did not work. Same problem. Wasted my 6 hrs or more.
Requested case manager to help in resolving. Customer service agent scheduled an appointment on phone.
Case manager never called on time. Followed up with the case manager thro email, got the call back from Case manager. Informed case manager that, I was expecting a call a day before, as per the schedule.
As per the case manager's reply: -> that, he does not have to follow any one's schedule. And, he decides the schedule. This is how HP case manager responds customer's feedback. is not it frustrating.
Why should we buy a new HP premium printers, when it never works first time and, any time.
What is the guarantee that replacement printer, which HP claims that will be refurbished, will not give any problem?
