No, I'm in AZ and never used HP Customer Service and yes, it sucked balls. When did tech support for the manufacturing become retarded compared to you. I used to try to impress them with the little I knew and now I get pissed b/c they can't keep up. I don't care if your employees are in India or Ohio, @#$%^$# train them.

I have an ALL-IN-ONE HP OFFICEJET M630 that I bought in 2000. I need software and a driver location I can download this. I also want to forego printing and just use the scan and copy function without being harassed by the cartridge message.
