Bought this unit at the end of January. It worked until the 30 days to return was up. I e-mailed HP several times and even though I kept explaining that the video screen wouldn't display they keep sending me a standard reply which stated to turn the computer and follow their directions. When I called them they asked me for the serial number and disputed the number and said they couldn't even authorize picking the unit up but said to take it to a authorized service center. We took it to Best Buy who charged $85.00 to ship it to their service center. The unit was sent back to the store claiming it was a commercial unit and they aren't authorized to work on those. I also took the unit to a local repair center who $81.00 later said the mother board is bad. I might also point out that the newest Consumer Reports rates HP as the worst company for customer service. I now sit here out $1200.00 for a garbage unit.
