The laptop Compaq evo n620c that I bought in April 2004 developed some problem. When I purchased this product I bought a on-site service for 3 years. I complained to the 1800 number and the complaint no. is 2210504148. Even after several weeks of this complaint they did not come to take the laptop. Finally they took the laptop on 13th Nov, 2006. They promised to return it on 15th Nov, 2006 as I needed it for a lecture. But they have not yet returned it at 6.00pm on 20th Nov, 2006. This is the 'on-site' service they are providing.
I am planning to buy a tablet laptop and have decided it will be some other company and not HP.
