I bought an HP Dekjet all-in-one printer 22nd Jan 2009. While trying to load the software supplied it came up with 'Fatal Installation Error'. I filled in the form given on the software and spent 2 weeks emailing backwards and forwards with HP USA who did try and help without success but did keep informing me that it had been passed on to a Regional Support Team. So far I have heard nothing from a support team. I did find the HP UK website and filled in a form on there and submitted it. I got a reply back from HP USA AGAIN! It appears that HP are quite happy to sell products but do not mind when they go wrong as they just ignore people.
