Let me first say that i have no complaints with hp products. With this in mind I purchased a hp desktop in Bursa, Turkey, on 27 January 2008. After some months the wireless connection failed and although I tried to get the problem fixed locally it could not be done and I had to send the computer to hp service. In the end we were told to get a wired keyboard etc
and I accepted this. When the computer was returned I found that the CD/DVD did not function and it was sent back for repair on 30 October 2008. To date I have not received the computer back always receiving the same reply ("the sp5 1ares have not arrived"). I don't believe this and I am sure hp will not find this acceptable. Could you do something to hasten them along? The customer identification number is '358230' for Ayse Mohan.
